Truck was full of dog fur , I was over charged for everything on may 2nd I still haven’t been fully refunded & your manager was chilling in the bathroom scrolling for over 30 mins with a prior incident & walked out calling me a liar I’ve not heard back about that the overall experience was hell my birthday is ruined I owe my old owners bc of U-Haul over charging my account I owe this people an additional 10 days of rent all because this location drained my account & on my birthday !! I STILL haven’t heard back from any superior about this matter I’m livid
