The gentleman who helped us got onto his gaming system multiple times when he was assisting us. We actually had to wait for him to hook up his game controller when we came to return the truck we rented. When we initially came to pick up the truck, he told us that the truck wasn't cleaned out & he was going to clean it really quick & then have a cigarette. He actually made us wait while he had a smoke. Seriously, there was ZERO professionalism from this guy. I will never rent a UHaul from that location ever again.

Let the place be more inviting by cleaning yard area. Personnel tried to scam us to pay for fuel, when we returned the truck. My husband told him we had more than the amount that was required. I am glad the gentleman at the pickup location had pointed out how much fuel we had to put back in the truck.

Picked up truck the night before I had to unload my storage unit and transfer into a Pod. Staying at a hotel. Received a call from uhaul in a very accusatory manner saying they saw their truck at the hotel and want to know what my intention was with their truck since I had an out of state license. Was I planning to take their truck to Washington. Called me many times and calling my friend as well who was helping me. Not only did I feel disrespected but it came across that I was planning on stealing their truck. I returned the truck early. Was told they have had many stolen trucks and figured I was going to do the same. I will never use you guys again. I was a good customer with a California license till I moved to Washington. I know I will not get a response to this, but you asked.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I will never use U-Haul again not only due to the horrible customer service this location but at the second location I was directed to die to my equipment not being available here. I was mid quoted and given the run around on top of people just being flat out rude and incredibly unhelpful. It ruined my trip and my move and made the experience a miserable one.

This location was a bit sketchy and could have been better maintained. The equipment was fine but the store itself was not. It was dark and kind of uncomfortable. I know it was the holidays but the associate was also not the most welcoming and it was a very awkward experience.
