Reservation made originally in Dover ME - when I called to confirm they had no reservation. Called the 800 number and was told they didn’t enter my name or phone correctly , no email was entered even though all this info was given to them. This location is so unprofessional and unhelpful. The RIPLEY site was beyond helpful. Wonderful to deal with.
