I had a guaranteed 8:00am pick-up from this location as the original location closest to me did not have what I rented. I had everyone and everything ready to go at 8:00 a.m. only to find out this place did not open until 9:00 a.m. and I could not get my rental until that time because they did not leave a lock box with the key available to me. After contacting customer service they rescheduled me for 9:00 a.m. For some reason we had to do all my paperwork again for my reservation and this time the Move Safe charge was added after I declined it online for my reservation. Customer service was able to refund that charge after talking to several Representatives and getting a management approval.
