Not a very friendly location. I selected Mobile Pick-Up specifically so I could get the truck independently, but I still had to deal with the staff in person, and I wasn’t able to pick up the vehicle on my own as promised. Also, when I made the reservation, I booked the truck for 7 PM and planned to return it around 8 PM. However, this location closed at 3 PM that day, so I was forced to keep the truck overnight and return it the next morning at 9 AM, which was extremely inconvenient. On top of that, based on my photos of the odometer, I was overcharged for 2 extra miles — the mileage recorded on my receipt does not match the actual numbers. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I expected more accuracy and transparency from this location.

TIM FThere was a mechanical issue with the rolling door in the back. The metal piece that the door good on was corroded and broke off. Therefore the door would not remain close. The uhaul contractor did not have an additional truck to offer to replace this truck nor did they offer a discount. The truck was essentially inoperable due to the door remaining open. We had to return the truck early. The guy did say he was sorry.

DAVID CI already called, the office smelled terrible like cigarette smoke, the vehicle was DISGUSTING, smelled awful, the door lock fell out, the vehicle was a 2009 Ford with over 163,000 miles. It needs to be taken out of commission. Please contact me I would like to discuss a refund
JEREMY GThe manager didn’t let me complete checkin or equipment return steps via the app, and overall was very hostile. My rental is still showing as active even though the equipment was returned to the manager directly, and I am concerned he will attempt to add additional charges. The equipment itself was well maintained and in good condition, although I never had the chance to attest to the vehicle’s condition upon return/

Then, the truck they gave had messed up locks and wasn't secure. Pick up and drop off is pretty buns too. We had to pick up the u haul from the middle of a random neighborhood. Would recommend another near by store

Robert GConvenient location and friendly staff. Had to wait a little after my reservation pickup time for a van to be returned. Since the previous renter was late returning there was no time for equipment to be cleaned. The back cargo area needed a sweeping and smelled a little funny ... But I was just happy to get a cargo van so informed the desk of this before leaving and just kept the windows down for part of the drive to air it out. Easy check out.

Upon returning, in the middle of the day, I waited quite a while for someone to appear in the office. Other than that, good van, easy pickup, reasonable price. This is already the second time I've done this rental.

FRANKIE LThere were MANY cockroaches in the packing quilts I was provided, and the truck came with a 1/4 tank of gas when I requested a one way that was roughly 150 miles. The cockroaches then got into my belongings and are now in my new home. I will not use UHAUL again.

The guy running the lot during the day runs in between clients and I’ve never spent more than ten minutes to pick up, drop off is hand a key over n roll out! Honestly the only thing that slows it down is the check in app n photos. Only thing they could use help on is getting some of those parking lot spaces reserved just for Uhaul customers! Parking on the street in LA during work hours isn’t reasonable.

I’ve never rented such a filthy U-Haul before, and I’ve rented several. And it was obvious it was not well maintained. The location is also confusing to figure out where to go when you’re doing mobile check in, and it wasn’t even entirely possible to do so. Next time I will go to a different location.

Alexandra CNever did a neighborhood Uhaul before but they are defiinitely starred for the future. Love supporting local and they accommodated me in the best way. Location is very no frills but the warmness and excellent customer service from Igor and his partner made it a seamless, stress-free experience. Loved their house music as well!
