The UHAUL agency was efficient, well-organized, and stress-free from start to finish — but what truly made the difference was the brilliant boss running the show. Professional, warm, and incredibly competent, they made the entire process seamless. From the moment I walked in, everything was handled with clarity and care. It's rare to find that kind of leadership in a rental agency, and it shows — the whole operation ran like clockwork. I’ll definitely be using this location again. Highly recommended!
Alexandra CNever did a neighborhood Uhaul before but they are defiinitely starred for the future. Love supporting local and they accommodated me in the best way. Location is very no frills but the warmness and excellent customer service from Igor and his partner made it a seamless, stress-free experience. Loved their house music as well!
LENA REverything was quick and easy. The owner was super nice. My only complaint is that the inside of the cab (the cupholders, etc) was dirty. Otherwise, great experience.

VIRGINIA STerribly rude men. They charged me on a card I told them not to charge, I reserved the truck on one out of necessity and wanted to use a different one to pay. When I asked them to reverse it, they told me they couldn’t as they already charged it and insisted it was my fault. Even though, I told them to not charge that card. Will not be coming back here
Joseph MDisgusting service. I rented a U Haul for the first time and the manager was extremely hostile. I had to ask twice about every detail and talked to me like he was doing me a favor. He is totally incompetent and does not understand insurance. There is no key drop box at the drop off point and I had to drive there the next day to return the keys.
Iurii NDuring checkout give instructions on where to drop the vehicle. Make sure the bed is clean of dust and debris.
CHANCE SThe truck was clean and in good condition. I was pleased to find that it had a backup camera as well as dashboard metering for tire pressure, fuel economy and remaining range. The whole experience was more smooth than I expected.

This is my preferred location and the last rental, they were closed due to the oscars and i had to go to another location and it was a terrible experience and now i know, uhaula are not all equal. so was super happy could get the truck here.
