Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived alone, and after reserving a 20’ truck and four heavy dollies, I asked the two men working in the store to help me load them. They refused and expected me to carry the dollies across four lanes of traffic myself. They seemed annoyed that I even asked. After finally getting assistance, I asked how to secure the dollies and was essentially told to put them wherever I wanted. I drove a few feet and immediately noticed the check-engine light was on and the truck was chugging. After initially being told they would cancel and find me another truck, they said they had “fixed” it. The same employee then became angry about how I had placed the dollies, despite me specifically asking for his instructions beforehand. This was the first part of my move, with my belongings going into storage until I relocate to Tennessee next month. I had planned to use U-Haul again for the next leg of my move, but after this experience and the lack of any apology or accountability, I will be using another company instead.
Chelsea DYes the people who work here are very kind and nice. Unfortunately the day started with me watching a customer verbally assualt an employee there after he had just directly assaulted (didn't see), but he was proudly talking about. But they tried their best and we're great all the way around. I highly suggest them.

AIDAN OThe only thing going for the location was that it was convenient to where I lived. Beside that the truck was a POS had so many miles on it. There was no traction on the tires. I guess it got the job done. I rent a U-Haul from Palm Springs. It was so clean and I was expecting that, but I guess that was the exception.

I rented on Friday and returned the vehicle by 4pm on Saturday - so I had used it for 24 hours and my bill was $300. Should only be $150. I would request a follow up from the merchants - they were pretty nice. Thank you.

NEAL KGetting multiple charges and the van was low miles about 9k but was beaten to all hell, it had spray paint and smashed mirrors. One of the worst experiences of my life and no equipment was available for moving the item I had to get.

STANISLAV SI received a truck that was very dirty inside and out; the windshield was filthy, the gas tank was empty, and the seats and steering wheel were sticky. There was also a strong smell of marijuana inside the vehicle. I called the manager to mention that the truck had no gas; he said he already knew and told me I had to fill it up myself, and he would give me credit later. Honestly, the service was terrible, which is why I don't recommend that place.

ANDREI ZI have rented from this location previously and staff are always friendly and accommodating. In fact I find them more helpful than your corporate location U-Haul Hollywood. I just wish your traffic dept would do a better job in providing newer equipment to this location.

CARLOS RThey have a lot of random charges that the guy throws at you while you’re picking up the keys and goes okay I already charged you because I have your credit card, I hadn’t even said okay yet. It started at $66 bucks on the app $120 in person and the receipt had estimated charges exceeding $250. They wouldn’t do late night drop offs, so I parked it right outside and had the keys returned at 9 am. The guy started texting and calling me before 9 asking for the keys while I was working. Very unprofessional, will never rent from here again. I will be going through uhaul directly. This third party is terrible. Texting and calling while demanding the keys before the designated return time is crazy behavior. Moves are already stressful enough, don’t need that from a paid service. My friend used an actual U-Haul and didn’t have to deal with any of this.
