Reserved a truck and a dolly. After picking up the truck and driving it home to start loading my furnitures, i discovered that the dolly is missing. Customer support was abysmal. In the end i had to drive an additional 18 KM to get the dolly somewhere else, wasting gas money and my time. No compensation was offered.

Walter OWhen we got to the location to pick up our truck, it turned out that someone else had already taken it 30 min ago, even though we were right on time for our booking. It took another 30 min to sort this out, and luckily, they were able to provide us with a replacement. When we dropped off the truck, I tried using the app to return it, and the amount to pay in the app was 96 CAD. However, we had already prepaid at the counter in the morning, so we went in to return it there. After the worker filled out our details, it turned out we had to pay 138 CAD! When I told him that the app was showing 96, he told us to contact U-Haul to sort it out. Would not recommend!
IULIIA EThe location is primarily an automotive center, so U-Haul seems to be a side gig. At the time of drop-off, there was only one truck at this location. There was no problem dropping off the trailer. There was plenty of room to park the trailer.
