Andreas BReserved a truck and a dolly. After picking up the truck and driving it home to start loading my furnitures, i discovered that the dolly is missing. Customer support was abysmal. In the end i had to drive an additional 18 KM to get the dolly somewhere else, wasting gas money and my time. No compensation was offered.
