The U-Haul was a regular experience. The upsetting part is that I had to drive 9 miles away from my home to pick it up because the closest location to me didn’t have a U-Haul and then I had to drop it off 9 miles away from my home because the U-Haul I had was assigned to the pick up location. Which means I paid for 18 miles just to go pick it up and drop it off. Register was great. Communication was great. Just lack of variety which will definitely make me look into other services because why would I pay for 18 miles that I’m not actually utilizing.
