The only complaint I have is for the self check-in/return via u-haul app. I had made arrangements to have a person at drop-off just in case. The app seems to be easy to use, but once you get to a certain spot in thenprocess of submitting information it drops off and starts all over again. BUT THE STAFF WORKING TODAY AT THIS DOWNTOWN Dayton location were super helpful and attentive, took over, and found my extra personal key that I had forgot was on the U-Haul keychain. Very happy with this location!

Edsel MThe U-Haul was a regular experience. The upsetting part is that I had to drive 9 miles away from my home to pick it up because the closest location to me didn’t have a U-Haul and then I had to drop it off 9 miles away from my home because the U-Haul I had was assigned to the pick up location. Which means I paid for 18 miles just to go pick it up and drop it off. Register was great. Communication was great. Just lack of variety which will definitely make me look into other services because why would I pay for 18 miles that I’m not actually utilizing.
