My instructions were to call the Drop-off location when I was ready to drop off I called, and called and called no one picked up ever I called UHaul 24 hr customer service she told me to download an AP and I can deliver and complete Drop-off myself using that.. Seemed odd after trying ALL day and no one picked up they finally answered.... My overall opinion of Uhaul is very poor...

Was able to pick up early. Very friendly and helpful.
John B*Rented and book a truck 3 weeks in advance to have the company called 20 mins before pick up time to inform me that my truck I rented will no longer be available and the only truck they have is a 28 mins drive in the opposite direction of where original pick up was and 45 mins away from where I was moving to! All I was offered was an apology and 50 refund. (This only covered the trucks mileage, not my time or my vehicle i had to drive out there to get the truck) *Then once at the new pick up location. There was a system error and I had to call a 1800 number and sit on the phone for 55 mins to wait for them to correct yet again their mistake. My pick up time was 6:30 pm I didnt drive out of the parking lot woth the truck till 7:55. *I then want to extend my trucks time because I didnt receive the full amount of time I required it. I could not because someone else had book this truck. So we had to rush the end of our move, and bring it back so someone else could use it.
Alicia CI am a regular customer and have upcoming rentals as well. I booked the vehicle for 3 days recently and was only requested not to charge me hours over when returned. I requested to please not charge me for those additional hours but seems I was not heard.
Ahmed ZOffice was kind of in a cement box, no cell phone service, had to go outside to receive info. Reservation was made over the phone, and they didn't have the right info. They thought it was a local rental, not a 1 way to Guelph. Not very informative compared to my previous rental experience.

ASHOK KCustomer service was poor. Truck had terrible traction. Should have winter tires on all trucks. The interior light of the truck did not work. Brake lights were always on when driving. The driveway and lot area was not plowed as a result I was stuck in the snow for 10 minutes trying to get out.
