Online reservation made in the morning for a 9:30 pick up. Arrived to find they had the truck. It needed to be filled up, but with no hassle, we were on the road by 10:15. Truck was clean, didn't smell, ran great, had lots of power, had no problem climbing hills at speed and made good time on 70mph highways. Drop off after hours was painless. Bill showed up the next morning with no surprises. A great experience!

RAISA HI had a 9am appointment scheduled and didn't open until 9:30am, was unorganized, couldn't find keys to truck and etc. Was just about an hour late getting out of shop and an hour late getting to my scheduled pickup appointment with them truck. Then to get the receipt from the rental and being over charged by double is mind blowing and completely unacceptable. This needs to be addressed and fixed ASAP!

DANIEN SOffice was a cluttered mess. No one was present in or around the location to receive the trailer. We arrived around, and did not see anyone for 45 minutes despite arriving within operating hours and calling the business number mulriple times. We ended up having to contact uhaul customer support to find out how to return the trailer without speaking with a person directly. Left trainer and a note for the company, since my rental contract was virtually sent and not in hard copy format. The whole price not only wasted 30 min of my day, but left me quite anxious that I would be charged more for leaving the trailer without officially handing it over to someone. I would not recommend this location to anyone, and think uhaul should rethink using them as well.

BRIAN LNo one was there, no one answered the phone, returned equipment was scattered about. I had sketchy cellular service so it made the self check in difficult.If l were not experienced in backing a trailer it could have been a catastrophe. Other than that it was all good.

JASPER HI rented a van for 24 hours, returned it on time and was sent an invoice reflecting 3 days of use, when I only used it one day. I will never rent from this location again. Also, I filed a complaint and have not received a call or email.

Having to drive an hour in rush hour traffic to ensure we could get the equipment needed for our move is not a good way to begin an already stressful day.
KIMBERLY JOffice was very cluttered and disorganized. Person at desk seemed more interested in watching TV than helping. Someone also screwed up the links in texts I received after checking in: they kept pointing to a trailer rental in New Jersey when we had a 15ft truck in Maryland.

RODERICK HMy only issue, the truck smelled of cigarettes (REALLY BADLY). It was uncomfortable, as I have asthma. They shouldn’t allow smoking or warn you that it “may” smell like smoke.

MICHAEL MThe workers were pleasant over the phone but the experience was horrible. You’re not told about hidden fees. I only drove the truck for about 20 minutes max and I was charged for 11 gallons of gas. The gas tank was on a quarter, I only used a small amount and was charged a gas fee and 11 gallons. My total was $58 after I returned the truck it was $142. The truck was raggedy and the passenger door was broken. It took 30 mins just to get the keys

Cecelia HCustomers should be informed at the outset that if they are returning the rental after hours, they will need to take and upload a photo of rhe vehicle's odometer as well as of the vehicle's interior . I was not so informed, and the requirement to provide this digital data caused me some consternation. The U-Haul rental office should have available to customers a printed document identifying and explaining each of the critcal requirements of the pickup and droppoff process for the vehicles that are rented. As a customer, I wrongly thought that my responsibilities pertaining to my rental vehicle were limited to returning the vehicle clean, with a full tank of fuel, and returning the vehicle key to the U-Haul key drop box. I learned to be sorely mistaken once I consulted the U-Haul app after having completed the referenced responsibilities. Ur-Headache After U Leave.

There was no problem processing a charge fee to American Express. This does not help the customer at all. Very poor service.
