I can't think anything that needs improvement. Everything was perfect including customer service. I will definitely keep this store and location in mind if I ever need to rent another U-Haul truck. I highly recommend this store.

AmberLace MTotal communication breakdown. The 24/7 digital sign-in failed because no keypad combo was provided, forcing me to wait on hold with customer service at a closed location just to get the keys. On top of that, I was told last-minute that my reserved dollies and blankets weren't here and to go to Odenton instead. When I got to Odenton, they were completely confused and had no availability. Terrible coordination that made moving day incredibly stressful.
