The trailer was returned after store hours, so there was no interaction with the people. The lot was well organized. I simply followed the app instructions for retaining after hours.
Mike K.When I logged in, the reservation was for a different location than the text notification I received. The actual pick-up location was different than what the website said. That can be improved. But the 2139 Defense Hwy location was fantastic!
