Nothing the main man there is heaven sent! The best person to deal with and just made a stressful situation so easy !! Best u-haul rep I've dealt with and I rented 3 in the last week!! Can't say enough how awesome he is! Just his presence alone makes me want to spread the word about this location!! This man deserves a raise and a vaca!

van was mechanically well-maintained but there was a bunch of powdered red clay brick dust on the floor near the threshold of the rear doors. we were moving some light-colored upholstered items, including a bare futon mattress that was hard not to drag through the dust on the floor, resulting in dirt/staining.
Kerry SU-Haul called me 2 days before my rental and said I couldn’t have the size truck I needed. I reserved this 8 months prior. They also said I had to pick up at a further location. This was unsatisfactory and unprofessional. If I had know this I would never had rented from U-Haul. Then the computers were down and I almost couldn’t pick up my truck. It was very stressful and as a single parent picking up my daughters things from college was meant to be swift and easy but it was stressful and a mess and so unprofessional. I expect compensation for this trauma I went through. The only peace was the representative Jeff from Colchester branch who patiently waited with me for over 2 hours as one truck was repaired so that I could rent the size I wanted and also after many phone calls one agent was able to manually get the truck registered so that o could take it that day. Otherwise I would have to wait until the computers were back on line whenever that would be. This company needs to do better. I lost 4 hours of packing time that day.
Christina DI was disappointed that I had to change my pick up location from Burlington to COLCHESTER as I had booked my spot way in advance/months and they the switch was made 2 days before due to overbooking. I should be compensated for this gas and time spent . 30 minutes out of my way and delayed packing . Just bad business to profit this way . Thanks
Rosemary AThe agent took almost 2 hrs to figure out how to rent the trailer to me. I requested to have the trailer ready for 9am. I didn’t get the trailer home until 12:30 pm. The rental delay caused us to be 2 hrs behind on our departure. When I asked how much the rental is he told me it was $119.00. Then told me it will be $300, when I protested he said oh it will be $180. I agreed to the $180. When I looked at the receipt he charged me for the insurance that I did not agree to and he didn’t ask if I wanted it. This whole rental has been a nightmare.

Nicole PThe trailer was allowed out with an unsafe light condition. It took 5 hours for a technician to come up to Northern Vermont from Whitehall NY and fix it enough to be used. The technician did a great job diagnosing the issue, which involved several cracked and corroded wires all along the wiring harness. I was told by Customer service that I would be entitled to compensation for the delays and problems and that I would be contacted by Tuesday, which I was not. Also, the rental place wrongly stated my return date one day later that I requested, and no adjustment was made for this incorrect number of days.
