I have struggled with my local dealer since Saturday of this week to get the billing corrected for my rental. Phone call have not been returned promised emails never received. I have visited the office at least 7 times and finally heard from a UHaul customer service rep this AM. My experience with him was terrible. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience.

Kyle BThe contract was changed from what I had scheduled with the agent over the phone. I made the mistake of assuming the person assisting me was honorable and did not reread the contract at the time of pickup. Due to this, I have been charged an extra ~$60 that I did not anticipate and cannot get back. I will not be using this location again.
