The agent took almost 2 hrs to figure out how to rent the trailer to me. I requested to have the trailer ready for 9am. I didn’t get the trailer home until 12:30 pm. The rental delay caused us to be 2 hrs behind on our departure. When I asked how much the rental is he told me it was $119.00. Then told me it will be $300, when I protested he said oh it will be $180. I agreed to the $180. When I looked at the receipt he charged me for the insurance that I did not agree to and he didn’t ask if I wanted it. This whole rental has been a nightmare.

Nicole PThe trailer was allowed out with an unsafe light condition. It took 5 hours for a technician to come up to Northern Vermont from Whitehall NY and fix it enough to be used. The technician did a great job diagnosing the issue, which involved several cracked and corroded wires all along the wiring harness. I was told by Customer service that I would be entitled to compensation for the delays and problems and that I would be contacted by Tuesday, which I was not. Also, the rental place wrongly stated my return date one day later that I requested, and no adjustment was made for this incorrect number of days.
