The trailer was allowed out with an unsafe light condition. It took 5 hours for a technician to come up to Northern Vermont from Whitehall NY and fix it enough to be used. The technician did a great job diagnosing the issue, which involved several cracked and corroded wires all along the wiring harness. I was told by Customer service that I would be entitled to compensation for the delays and problems and that I would be contacted by Tuesday, which I was not. Also, the rental place wrongly stated my return date one day later that I requested, and no adjustment was made for this incorrect number of days.
