The U-haul equipment was great and was exactly what we needed. However, we were asked to scan a "QR code" at equipment return & drop-off, which isn't possible since we do not have smartphones. Please ensure customers without smartphones can still rent equipment and enjoy the same great service they always have. Thank you.
