I feel bad for the drop off because be was new to the process, so I don't blame him. He had just moved his business their and there was no communication between him and Uhaul. I dropped my truck off same day, but the paperwork didn't get processed til 2 weeks later. I dropped off a clean truck with a full tank but the paperwork did not reflect that, at all.Christina V.

The public relations at this location on 6101 Franklin Blvd was excellent!! They were curious, professional and went above and beyond any other u-haul location that I have used. I use u-haul 6 to 7 times a year if not more and I have been to locations that I will never return to even if they had the only trailer or truck in Sacramento that I needed. I was impressed by this little u-haul location on Franklin Blvd! They earned this review!Danny V.

The gentlemen was very rude! He told me that I owed him $400 for damage to the truck that was pre existing. He was very intimidating and I felt very unsafe at his establishment. He threatened that Uhail would come after me if I did not pay him on the spot. I am happy I had UHaul dispute line on the phone, she made me feel safe and told me that I was fine to leave the establishment. Definitely wouldn't recommend.Jasmine G.
I asked when I made my res. for a uhaul that also has boxes. Instead that brought me to a uhaul that is 30 miles from the airport and was a auto shop with no boxes or locks. Also the put my return address over 3 hours away from where I was going. Not to mention I paid $140 for something called safemove. I didn't want that and I don't recall signing off on it. I think they just add it. I rent a lot from Uhaul and this was by far the worse.Jedadiah W.
Make sure when someone has a reservation that the requested equipment will be there and not have yo drive all over town and at different times to get. Truck was in poor quality. Staff told us one thing but never notated the account or did what they said they would do. Very disappointed.James S.

$270 fee for wrong location drop off. Dropped off at location I set reservation up for. Rep was defensive and unhelpful. I've used uhaul many times and will never do so ever again based off of this experience and obscene charge and scam.Teresa P.

Location must have available to serve customers during hours of operation posted. I when 130 miles out the way to rent truck only find location was closed. I was able to rent truck after waiting for staff 3. 5 hours. Regional office was no help at all! Poor customer service from regional only further complicated matters. Regional office scheduled a return to a location that is not set up to to receive large trucks so I had to drive out of my way to return truck to another location. Due to poor communication and lack of basic customer service I would not consider U-Haul in the future.vernida T.

We had reserved a truck at a different location. Upon arrival, we were told "we aint got no truck". We had limited time and needed a truck asap. We drove over to AUTOBAHN without a reservation and were treated with courtesy and respect by Mario, who even matched the price we had been quoted. He is a credit to his profession!Mary C.

This isnt the the uhaul ive delt with in the past iwas up in sacramento need a box trailer to make extra cash to get down to southern califorina well the repair shop i picked up the trailer at was very unprofessional yried to charge me over what the uhaul rep qouted then when he finnaly got to help me between other customers his wifi and the uhaul computer wasnt working right he had tp call his boss for help then it still took over and hour and half to get outa there coste time on the road home then when were finnally hook up and ready to leave we did get half a block and the trailer came off and they came running down the busy street to re attach the trailer this costed me time so i had to pay for an extra hotel room because it was running to late to drive down to southern califorina from sacamento i think i should receieve a refund or uhaul should make this right im not a happy customer ....shane muldoon.Shane M.
