You also said that I had to 6:00 pm and did not provide any information on other options. I recorded the conversation to ensure an accurate account of the situation, what happened and what was said, or not said; as I have learned from the past experiences with you that you change the details to suit your needs (e.g. cover you rear when you handle customer service situations poorly and know that if you told the truth of the situation, you would be held accountable for your actions, inactions, poor direction to subordinates and horrible customer service). If now, there are other options you failed and/or neglected to mention, by all means let me know via email; so it is in writing. And make sure to include all recipients in the email chain. Otherwise, remove me from your email distribution list and leave me alone.
