This location was amazing! I’m glad the man waited for us before leaving to get the U-Haul we was sent from 45 min drive back and forth after we drove 3 hours don’t recommend that place but this one was amazing

This was the third place I went to for this trailer. The other places that I was sent to did not have the trailer. I reserved this online prior days to pick up that day. Drive around for 11/2 hours. Very disappointed with U-Haul

Craig Bfirst truck was not even in running condition....engine was misfiring and transmission was slipping. Didn't even make it a couple miles. Made it back and they had no idea what to do. He did try calling other places in area to try and get another truck. I personally called the 800 number for uhaul and they did a truck swap. Truck I got was filthy inside...animal hair everywhere and sticky spilled soda....truck was a mess...but was only running truck they even had...worst experience I've ever had with uhaul.
KIMBERLY AThere were no lights turned on in the parking lot. The dolly was not in the rental and no one available to assist. No contact from the site to make it right, advise what to do, etc. I went ~ 60 miles and put 3 gallons of fuel in the auto at a rate of ~ 20 mpg (highway). Then was surcharged for another 5 gallons of fuel so apparently this truck only gets a whopping 7.5 mpg (highway) (60 miles/8 gallons). The gauge was a tiny bit lower than when I picked up the truck.

I have called uhaul directly and they had told me and sent proof of my contract closed and paid in full. However the man who owns this location keeps trying to charge over $50 from my account!
heather mNo one was there when it was time for me to drop the vehicle off. The keys were left in the drop box. Days later someone calls wanting to know where did I drop the truck off at. Just didn’t make since to me
Yasmine EWhen we reserved our Uhaul we were first sent to a location out of a home. There were no Uhauls there and the gentleman said he didnt even have a license to rent to us. We had to drive an additional 30 mins out of the way to a different location. The second location was very helpful to us.
