Excellent service and reliable equipment.

Matt, from Awesome Bouncers was one of the nicest guys. He took my reservation over the phone and gave me his cell number since I had a late night pick up. I had an emergency that required a U-Haul so I was in need of some help. He was great!

I had no choice about the pick-up location and I had limited options for what I wanted. The trailer was not enclosed because none were available. I had to buy a tarp to protect my things. The trailer is also very heavy and was difficult for me to manage (attach to trailer hitch) without help. I am fit but I am a 66 yo woman. The weight of the trailers should be clear in the rental descriptions. I had to go to another U-Haul place to get the pads and hand truck.

Put that I had 3/4 gas. Only had below half tank. Truck was so loud your ears rang after driving a block. And I had to go from long island ny to Pa, Put it this way the truck was in ready for the some long over over haul.

Although Awesome Bouncers was fine,it was not the location I picked.This happened the last time I rented from you.I picked a location for a reason and at the last minute you changed to a location convenient to YOU,not me.Was not happy about that.Also,the trailer had an outdated electrical connection.I have a modern connector on my truck,so I had to,at additional expense,go find and pay for an adapter before I could legally tow the trailer.

Bob, was very helpful. The drop-off box was a great idea. Gave us some additional time to move things and not have to worry about getting van returned.

The location was changed by uhaul from my initial pickup location. This just added stress to my already stressful move. With that said this location was fine although tricky to gps the staff was friendly. The only disappointment was the truck was not even filled up with gas!! I had to start my journey with only a quarter tank of gas this left me frustrated.

The man runs it as a side, not primary job, sometimes he's too busy with primary job, the truck had "Service Engine Soon" light on, but in reality was excellent & offered me unexpectedly good FuelEconomy/mileage upto 13-14mpg, despite me towing ANOTHER vehicle behind & fully loaded *though I drive like an Engineer, so I can feel machines well to achieve fuel economy). The man is smart & helpful, just beware he has another/primary job so don't expect him to be there like at full-service locations, but you just get a hold of him by cellphone & it'll work for you perfectly.

Cannot say enough good things regarding Awesome Bouncers & Party Rentals. After years of using U-Haul trucks & auto transporters (including dolly's) I have never had as good service as I have had with this agent.

My reservation was for 11Am I got there on time and found that the store was closed. I had to go in to auto body shop to ask where the sales person was for that job. After 20mins we were able to contact someone to come down to the store to provide me my rental. I did not get out of the shop until 12:15. Definitely not going to rent from U-Haul again.

I believe that paying $63.00 to rent a truck for 6 hours and put 25 miles is way too much. UHaul makes it seem that you can have the vehicle locally for 19.95 but in reality you end up paying 3 times that amount.

I've used this location several times already. They are reliable and dependable. Both professional and informative. I highly recommend this U Haul location.

Great guy helped me out with the hook up. Easy access to lot. Couldn't be happier. Going back next week to rent an auto transport.

I appreciated that the person working there, Matt called me to confirm that I'd be dropping it off there and he informed me where the key drop off box was when he called.

Service was great

I called the day before to make sure that I could pick up the vehicle at 9am as I was moving out of state and had to catch a ferry in the mid afternoon. When I arrived at 8:55 am, there was no one in the building. I waited and called and knocked for 15 minutes with no answer. I then walked around the building and caught a stock guy coming out of the back and he said he lost his cell phone and couldn't call his boss for me. I suggested he use the business phone as I am an angry client. He did and tried to help me as best he could. The manager said he was on his way, then 10 minutes later, tried to talk to stock guy through the rental process, I suppose so he did not have to get out of bed to come to work. It was now 940 am and with a full truck to load by myself and a ferry to catch, I received the truck. The equipment was clean and ready to go. The manager never offered to speak with me directly and I felt very much like my business didn't matter to him. I will not accept a U-Haul product from this location again.

Your customer service was awful. You state you are always looking for ways to improve, I believe this to not be true. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and I was booked then changed locations in a day. Then I spoke with steven from dispatch that refused to be nice or courtesy to me and would not let me speak with a manager. Only matt from the location I picked up was nice to me. I am disgusted that you would treat a cuatomer like this. Steven was so unprofessional and continued to tell me how uhaul is a monopoly and this ia the way it works. And refused to give me any help. I told him that the total trip would add a few more miles in total. He aaid to bad. I can go on and on. Yet I know as I was told by steven uhaul does not care about their customers. So I see now. I would have went to budget but u changed mr in one day and they had no trucks. Which is what they said uhaul does. Also I picked up truck at quarter filled past the quarter and still u charged me for being over mileage by 2 0r 3. Tell me can I be reimbursed for the gas then ??? Because I figured gas is more expensive then 3 miles.

Owner helped by letting us drop off trailer early. Drop off was simple!

The site had no moving blankets that I had requested. I requested a site closer to my destination but a truck was not available at that location.
