The location itself was outstanding. The problems I experienced were related to the U-Haul customer service side of things. The personnel did everything they could to make the experience the best within their power. But, the app continued to crash unexpectedly, photos couldn't upload, and the equipment I had rented online (dolly) couldn't be removed from the order. Was on hold for 1:30 hours before someone sent me a link that was already expired, but they hung up on me before I could tell them that. Lakeview (drop off location) took care of me. Seems like the physical locations for U-Haul are top-notch, but their 800 customer service is exactly the opposite. I would absolutely use U-Haul again if it weren't for the customer service number. Unfortunately, a customer service dept is the lifeblood of a company, and it seems as if the people at their physical locations are the only reason why the company isn't on life support.

Truck and its location was clean and well kept. Owner was very kind and professional.

Had to drive 14 miles twice paying for extra miles and costing me time. Haul refused to work with me discounting the extra mileage, so I had to pay for their mess up. Would not recommend Uhaul.
Russell RIt took me half an hour to pick up the trailer. The rep told.me he expected me at 10 am and said they were not open. After some negotiations I was finally able to pick up the toy hauler.
