I had reserved a truck at another location (15 miles from where I needed it to start moving from, there was no local pickup location) When I arrived, the location was not open although they were suppose to be. The location was sketchy to say the least. The trucks were all blocked in by other vehicles. There was no key for the vehicle, let alone know which one was meant for me. There was also no signal so using the uhaul app was not possible . I called uhaul customer service. The representative for uhaul was unable to contact the lot owner, so I was moved across town to this location. They did not have the vehicle size I needed at the new one, so I had to downsize to a pull behind which didn't save money in the long run. The original renting location was Whatleys,in Bald Knob Arkansas. The new locations owner was very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend B and T. A+

BILL LThe location itself was outstanding. The problems I experienced were related to the U-Haul customer service side of things. The personnel did everything they could to make the experience the best within their power. But, the app continued to crash unexpectedly, photos couldn't upload, and the equipment I had rented online (dolly) couldn't be removed from the order. Was on hold for 1:30 hours before someone sent me a link that was already expired, but they hung up on me before I could tell them that. Lakeview (drop off location) took care of me. Seems like the physical locations for U-Haul are top-notch, but their 800 customer service is exactly the opposite. I would absolutely use U-Haul again if it weren't for the customer service number. Unfortunately, a customer service dept is the lifeblood of a company, and it seems as if the people at their physical locations are the only reason why the company isn't on life support.
