The rate wasn't explained to me about the daily rental and it was storming one day so I couldn't finish what I was doing so I paid for a truck with no use and all I'm very upset about it

The first Uhaul place we had the uhaul rented, there was a tire issue and they did not have our extra equipment that we had reserved (dolly and pads). With the tire issue we did not feel comfortable driving the truck all the way to the final destination. So we had to scramble to find another uhaul, which we did at this location. Since it was last minute, we had to get the owner on the phone as she was not there to get us into the lock box to get the keys to the uhaul. Now I think had it been arranged already to be there and not a last minute change, this experience would have been better.
