Awful! Disorganized. It took over an hour to pick up the Uhaul, and it was not clean inside the cab. We had to drive nearly an hour to get to the location and only one person knew how to handle the transaction.Sheila F.
Not this locations fault but we have to go 60 miles out of our way to get the UHaul and the lady who I called to even get verification was extremely rude and not helpful. I reserved this 3 weeks in advance and expected a truck to be in the town I reserved it for. Will never use UHaul againCashion W.

Upon arrival to pickup the trailer for my vacation that my wife reserved over a month since advance .The size of trailer was wrong the price was wrong and upon finally getting that straigned out we hooked up the only small trailer in the lot and the lights did not work causing me to run late on leaving for my trip .I had already filled out a similar questionnaire after rental and never heard anything back from your company .Brandon S.

Our pick up location was not where I was told that it would be. I reserved a 10 ft. box truck for pick up in a specific town and was told there would be one available somewhere in that town the day of my pick up. However, I learned that this is just a word game. This did not mean a 10 ft. box truck, it meant a "truck" in general. Also I learned that there is no such thing as reserving a truck even when you give a credit card number to hold one. I was given a free day of use because the pick up location was wrong. However, the extra mileage to pick it up ended costing me just as much. Most people don't rent U-Hauls on a regular basis so your employees need to give us as much information as possible that we may not even think of. I was also charged insurance for the "free" day. I can't believe that the insurance isn't just for the whole duration of the use of the truck.DAVID D.

I reserved a truck in Manhattan, KS. I had to travel an hour out of my way to pick up a truck. This location only had the moving pads. I had to go to another location to pick up the dollies I reserved. When I went to that location, in which U-Haul said it would have all I needed, they only had one of the items. When a person makes a reservation, they expect to pick up everything they need in that one location. I believe it's U-Haul's responsibility to have all those things in that one location, not the customer. I believe U-Haul should have driven that truck into Manhattan for me to pick up at the location I had chosen and to make sure the dollies were there too. It was a lot of hassle and hard to coordinate when people should show up to help me move.BETTY H.

Was confirmed to pick up at 0900 hours. The office was open but the "U-Haul guy" didn't show up tell about 9:30. The office was dirty. Wasted my time when I was on a schedule. This was after being told I had to drive 30 miles to pick up a truck after making a reservation. NEVER AGAIN!david L.
