Epaminondas KSnow covered roof and under windshield wipers blowing on other cars in the street also salt and melted snow in back of truck also had to go in snow to get pictures around the truck . Very disappointing.

WARREN Pthe driver door on the truck that I rented has a gap between the door and the frame which creates a lot of road noise, and it wasn't clear to me how to adjust the mirrors.

KEVIN BThey charged me $129 for fuel along with a $30 fuel fee stating the fuel was below a 1/4 tank. I submitted pictures at drop off as requested so that's a lie. I only came from martinsburg, WV and never went under a half a tank. I fueled up at 7'11 just before drop off. I only drove it a 1/4 mile to drop off site. Why am I taking pictures of they are blatantly disregarded.
CHERIE MMy only complaint is that the UHaul we got had faulty air conditioning, which was unfortunate because it was extremely hot and muggy and we had a 3+ hour drive. At times the ac did work, but randomly it would shut off for a period of time before turning back on.
Summer TQuick in and out, truck was just as ordered, ran well and was clean, except for the gross steering wheel. All good.

We ran into issues earlier in the day with a different rental service, but Samantha walked us through the rental process, explained all the requirements, and really saved our day. I don't normally leave reviews, but it was such a good experience I felt the need to share.

DONALD WYou need to put a jack on that big trailer. It is very very heavy to lift onto a truck. You can hold one on in about an hour. I’ll say that, but can’t be why I bought rent it from was excellent. Very nice person. Thank you.
