2 miles left in gas, barely made it to a gas station. Office smelled like weed and was sketchy. Didn’t gave our equipment ready, waited about an hour for our trailer. Truck was smelly and dirty, not just dirt but gunk on the dash, we wiped down the steering wheel and cleaned the cab to make it bearable. The back of the truck was super dirty, we swept and blew it out. We noticed when we were loading that two tires were missing chunks of the tread and had to be replaced before we could go. The tech said there were three other tires that weren’t great so we were stressed the whole way from California to South Dakota. He also said he was surprised we got a truck with high mileage and in such rough shape to go so far. We ended up being delayed a day because of the tires and had to figure out plans for our piano movers so we couldn’t get the truck back in time. The transmission seemed to get stuck around 4000-4500 rpm’s but would eventually shift. Not impressed especially for the amount we paid!

We haven't even left town for our move yet and have had a terrible experience. The office where we picked up the equipment smelled like weed, they were not organized, didn't our the auto transport and we had to wait 45 minutes for them to get a trailer for us. The truck didn't look really great but we didn't have any other options, he assured me it was in great condition for our trip and ready to go. It was low on gas, said 2 miles until empty, and said 0 miles before we got to a gas station - thankfully we barely made it! The truck inside and out was dirty, cup holder doesn't even work, crappy truck for what we paid to drive half way across the country. I happened to look a little closer at the tires as we were loading the truck, and there was tread that was actually missing so we had roadside assistance come and replace two. He said there was only one good tire out of all 6 on the truck, but he only had 2 and said he would make a note about the other tires. The technician also commented how rough of condition the truck was in and high mileage for our trip. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement considering we paid over $7500 for this rental! Not only will we not recommend this location, we wouldn't recommend U-Haul based on our experience so far.

I did not drop it off here. I drove to Arizona and dropped it off in Arizona. I only gave a rating for the drop off location because it wouldn’t let me submit it otherwise. But again I did not drop it off at the same place. I picked it up.

Don't let appearances decieve you. It is a working car lot. They do work. The service was exceptional. Friendly, fast, professional, and easy. Not many whistles and bells, but I wanted a trailer. I rented one. With friendly, unpretentious service. Thanks!

Ordered a 15ft truck, 1 doz furniture pads, a hand truck and, a furniture dolly. No furniture pads and no hand truck. When we got the truck home to load found what looked like dirt in the bed, went to sweep it out and discovered it was oily dirt and the entire bed was covered with dirty oily foot prints. Had to spend 30 minutes cleaning the truck bed on hands and knees to make the truck even usable.

The equipment needs to be checked in at the time it is returned, not 3 days later. Truck returned on a Friday between 1 pm and 2 pm. I was contacted on Saturday by uhaul customer service saying I was late with returning the truck. The stress it created was unprofessional. Will never use BH Solutions again.

Gas and milage was incorrect. The uhaul smelled like weeds so bad I ended up having to pay someone else to move my new grand baby's items. The entrust wasn't cleaned prior to me renting it at all. I had absolutely no help whatsoever. The guy said he fixed the gas and milage and apparently he didn't.

Was not informed about additional charges. Check in was horrible and was not informed about pumping gas before the returned of the uhual truck. Communication was horrible. I was overcharged.

The office isn't very professional and if it weren't for all the "Uhaul" trucks outside, I wouldn't have believed I was in the right place. Those I interacted with were nice, but it took a long time to complete the paperwork and get hitched up. There were a few interruptions and distractions seemed to delay the process.

I wanted to drop off in Chico, for some reason U-Haul required me to take it down to Oroville. I don’t think I should have to move your trailers around at my expense and drop them off where it’s convenient for you.

Gentleman could have cared less about me and what I was doing. I told him I was going to redbluff from Oroville but he charged me in town rates so when I went to drop off the car trailer they told me $400 drop off fee. Crazy

The equipment was in good condition and the lot was big and spacious enough that it made it easy to hook up to our truck. We rented a dolly for a different day but changed our minds they were able to accommodate us which was very generous of them. paperwork and was easy and fast and the return was even easier. Definitely would return for any more uhaul projects in the future.

Not charge for a day that I didn’t use. I picked up on 11/23 @ 1:45 pm and returned it as instructed by 11/24 @ 12:30. Left outside gate, dropped key in lock box, locked up truck and an employee inside the gate acknowledged I returned it. My receipt says I returned it on 11/25 and was charged for the extra time.

Everything was great! The location is in a warehouse area and I missed the entrance on my first drive through the area. Not sure how I missed it, there was a huge uhaul sign up next to the entrance.

The staff were nice but they seemed to be very lazy. No one show me the truck and there were so much blankets in the truck. My sister and I have to moved all those blankets.

24-hour dropoff at 6 pm was stressful due to sketchy neighborhood (panderers selling illegal goods on road) and key drop box very hard to find due to no signs or instructions posted on lot.

This location was great, Ron did a great job fixing the mileage being wrong from the pickup which I didn't notice until I had it home that night. I took a picture of fuel and mileage for my record and I was about 70 miles off. I showed him when I dropped off and he got it straightened out for me. Good service I'd go thru BH again.
