This location seemed to be focused on their primary business, which is selling used cars. The manager there had to look for the keys for the truck, and didn't realize that the trailer wasn't already connected to the truck. Also, she thought the lighting system wiring was connected and operational, so I traveled 40+ miles before I realized that one end of the wiring wasn't connected. Also, she charged me for insurance for the truck and trailer, which I understood was optional per the U-Haul website; the amount was about 90.00 total. I've spoken to a very helpful U-Haul CSR who as begun a refund appeal on my behalf. So, while I was fortunate that this used-car lot had the equipment that I needed, there is room for improvement on their part. I should mention that the manager was nice overall.

Parking lot too tiny. Staff arrived in pajamas and flip flops very nice though. Oh btw the rental truck battery died when going to pickup. Then died again omw to next destination the next day. Staff at location arrived to me for a jump.

Amy Kpickup location closed when i arrived, owner had a difficult time opening the lockbox to get me my key, owner had me using his cell phone (gross) to talk to some other off-site guy to finalize my rental when i arrived, no one offered moving blankets. The guy on phone told me the final price without itemizing the charges, I had to ask and he’d included the insurance without asking if I wanted it. He removed it when I declined but he tried to pack it without consent.
