I was charged 289.60 for a trailer That was picked up at 6 pm on a Friday and returned at 8 pm on Sat. i was never quoted this amount for a one day rental. I can not get anyone to help solve this problem.Andrew M.

First trailer had a brake light out. Had to unhook it and hook up another and it also had a lights out. The clerk didn't seem to care so I took it anyways. It was the only other one they had and I was already late due to the Calhoun Hwy 225 location (where i had my original reservation) was not there. I called Uhaul and waited there for 30 minutes and the lady had not showed up yet so I called Uhaul and went to this location and got an different and inferior trailer. Very stressful. When I brought it back the same day around 7:45pm, the clerk (different) was on his personal phone and I was treated like an inconvenience and when he finally acknowledged me if just said very quickly that I'd have to check it in online and his computer was down. Very rudel When I arrived home I tried to return it online but it asked for my current location and kept logging me out since I was 15 miles away from the BP. Worst Uhaul experience ever. I should get some kind of discount or future discount. Not happy.STEVEN S.

I tried to use the automated, online, turn in service. The system did not have my rental listed. Could not get phone assistance, 70 minute wait. Chat system worked but they only told me to go online to key in my rental, still not recognizing me. Finally after frustration and an hour went back inside and asked the attendant to help, they were able to write my info down to try to get a supervisor to receive the truck. I have to guess that it is turned in since i have received this request. Not a fan of automated system from UHaul.LESTER M.

Very friendly and helpful attendant. Issue was with the uhaul system. I was one of the the first renters at this location and I believe the uhaul representative did a poor job setting the location up to be successfulThomas K.
Mileage on contract was incorrect. Didn't realize it until we turned the truck in that he had made a mistake, and couldn't print the contract. Had I had a printed contract I may have caught the mistake on mileage.Brenda D.

The gas pumps were out of order, so I couldn't even fill up the tank. Had to make photos of the gas gauge and truck number and text to a phone number the attendant gave me.Laura Gwen R.

Only one person at the BP station who really could not help with the disconnect and turn in. The person did complete the turnin paper(less) check-in with no problem. Selected this location only because the price was cheapest.ALAN H.

Claimed to not have my reservation even after showing confirmation email. He gave me a number to call instead of handling it myself. Also didn't seem to know how to process a tow dolly rental. Asked me questions I had already answered on the online check in, so that seemed to be a waste of time as well. Quoted me a different price from the online reservation. When I returned the tow dolly, the person there didn't know what to do, so just wrote it down in a notebook. Fortunately an hour later I received an email closing out the contract and returning the tow dolly.Kenneth W.

Educate the local representatives at this location. Was told certain charges would not apply however the cost was triple what i was told. After 40 minute call with Uhaul Corp, they agreed to only refund part of the extra charges.Walter H.

Train the staff at the locations how to rent the vehicles and use the equipment. I had to wait at the location for over 2 hours so someone from UHaul could get there to do it for them. The man that came, made sure that I understood exactly how to use the tow dolly before I left, but having to sit there and wait for 2 hours simply because the employees at the gas station didn't know what to do was very frustrating because I only had 6 hours to pack, and I lost half of that dealing with the Uhaul issues.Heather P.
I was in a bind and needed a quick rental to pick up some doors at Home Depot that would not fit in my van. The agent at this location was very helpful and assisted me with getting a rental quickly since I did not have time yet for submitting a reservation.ANDREW K.
