I was not able to pickup UHaul where originally scheduled and charged for extra mileage Moving blankets were not provided but I was charged for them

Did not have a U-Haul key drop box. Managers were not helpful or willing to help. Had to call U-Haul to resolve the issue and have managers take the key.
