Needing three people to get the vehicle should be stated up front. If the web browser is going to cause issues it should be stated the app is needed. Needing to enter DL # multiple times was insane. It should not take 42 on site to pick up a vehicle. This was not the location but the online experience.
Amanda OThere was confusion with the clerk as to whether I or not I was to have a code to access the key. It took a cou;le of phone calls to get it right.
