U-Haul could begin by being transparent about their costs! One employee told me that to rent a 15 foot moving truck would cost approximately $1350 while apparently the cost was really over $1900. I asked where I could have gone to see that price, I did not receive a straight answer. I also turned the truck in one day early and was told that I would receive a discount on the total cost by doing so only to find that once again I was deceived. Rather, I was given the customer service phone number to U-Haul. We all know how those phone calls go:(

LANIKA WNeeding three people to get the vehicle should be stated up front. If the web browser is going to cause issues it should be stated the app is needed. Needing to enter DL # multiple times was insane. It should not take 42 on site to pick up a vehicle. This was not the location but the online experience.
