no printer; only 1 person behind counter and he was doing my rental and running the store. this is why i typically avoid locations like this; i wish i had chosen an actual u-haul store. he was apologetic and nice but still a bit slow.Frank W.
The guy at the BP who set me up with my rental was very knowledgeable. He explained to me the insurance coverage and why it was important and was very patient with me while I called my insurance company to see if they covered my uhaul or not. Sadly it didn't but I'm happy the gentlemen brought it to my attention. The check in and check out process was very easy and quick. Hopefully I will not be moving anytime soon but if I ever do again I will definitely use his location. I'm very satisfied!!Leta C.

You changed my pickup location less than 24 hours in advance after I had the reservation for over a month. This was really inconvenient already because we were late meeting the moving help, but on top of that you only sent an email. No text, no call. I waited 30 minutes on hold the day before trying to confirm the reservation and no one picked up. Very shameful.Eimaz K.

The owner yelled at me after I put the keys in the lockbox. Very rude and unprofessional. I am not sure what uhaul is thinking with this setup. We have a move coming up in October and wanted to use uhaul again but unless something is done about our experience we will never use uhaul again.Robert S.
Don't call the day before at 6pm saying â€œhey the location where you got a reservation 1 week in advance doesn't have any of your stuff, so we went ahead and sent you to two separate locations to pick up the items you reserved.â€ And then just hang up instead of answering any questions I had.Kenneth W.

They don't really manage the u-haul franchise. It is a gas station. The location down the street is significantly better, but they did not have the equipment i needed last minute.Eric R.

Truck had bugs all over the inside and outside. Retailer refuses to mark the cracked windshield and also was very stubborn to help me with the 24 moving pads and dolly I rented.Alexis L.
My last two rentals had issues. I rented a truck on May 8, no sun visor. I'm short and always use a visor to help keep the sun out. Yesterday I rented on May 11, I thought my feet were going to catch on fire. There was an intense hot are blowing on my feet, I was worried the motor had problems. I rent each month for two days, I hope this never happens again. You need to look out for your customers. ThanksLaurie P.

The owner of the BP had no personality and refused to do a visual inspection of the truck. I did my own inspection video and photos.kirk S.
Horrible! Reserved for 24 hours, showed up and only had for 4 hours. Call the central number, they sent us to another location and was supposed to give us a 15-foot truck for the price of a 10ft truck. When we showed up to rent the truck there was no record of the price adjustment. Was told to pay the full price and it would be adjusted when we drop the truck off. Showed out the drop the truck off and the cashier had no recollection, and said that was not his problem. U-Haul has become absolutely atrocious, and we will probably never ever rent anything from them again.Paul K.

I reserved at the uhaul storage on highyway 92 in Woodstock GA amd when i got there the gentalman told me that he could not find me in the system and then told me that there was no trailer for me that they did not have any on the lot thankfully he looked one up and was able to get it for me but a curdios call to let me know that they did not have one would have been nice so i could have gone straight to the othef placeWilliam D.
This location was given to me after the first reservation for that Saturday morning was not available. I went from picking up at 10:15 am to picking up at 5:00 pm at a location that was 10 miles out of my way. I spent extra money on mileage and gas because of the error that was made. Please make sure that my $50 credit is posted to my card since the guaranteed rental was not available.ANDREW Y.

Gas station attendant couldn't find my drop off in their system even though the traffic manager put my drop off there and had my contract number as well as all my info. He called his Area Manager, who was extremely helpful as I had to talk to him instead of the employee. Then even though it was raining the attendant didn't offer to help me unhitch to get me out of there quicker even though he had backup behind the register.CHRIS S.

I picked up the trailer at the BP, The tongue of the trailer was on the ground, nobody to help me lift it to hook to the hitch. luckily I had a floor jack with me to help with the lifting. Then upon reaching my destination, I opened the trailer and there was an armoire AND a Curio cabinet still inside from the last renter. This explained why it was so heavy to lift! SO after driving 660 miles from Akron Ohio, and time being of the essences, I had to deal with this crap in the back of the trailer; Like WHAT TO DO WITH IT!!! I have used U-haul most of my adult life, But if this is the kind of service I can expect, NO thanks, I'll figure something else out. Maybe there is something that you could do to make this right?Michael B.

Give people a break with the gas! I drove 10 miles and they gave me a hard time about refueling. That's 1 gal of gas. They were going to charge me 15 on top of the 44 I already paid. It made my good U-Haul experience bad.Sally L.

Rented large covered trailer. It was parked on a hill making it very difficult to hook up and later unhook and leave. This is a gas station and I had to wait a dozen or more times while other customers paid for gas, snacks, etc. There was no one there to help hook up so don't go by yourself. When I later told the attendant that the location of the trailers was dangerous I was told "They told us to put them there so everyone can see them when they drive by. I had originally tried to rent from another Uhaul place closer to my house. I was called the night before I had pre ordered/scheduled my pickup. When I returned the trailer, no one came out to check it for damage, cleanliness, etc. I also never got a receipt for its return. Very Unprofessional.John O.

I was told 17 ft and on Cobb pkwy. I was confirmed at Trickum Rd. The place was a gas station so he had to wait on customers. Man could barely speak English. There was a UHaul center down the street. Why not confirm there.Edward P.
The car carrier ball hitch was defective. As I started to drive my car onto the trailer, the front of the trailer came loose from the ball hitch, injuring my fiancÃ©e. The owner was not helpful at all. Finally, Richard Williams arrived and replaced the defective part, allowing me to get my move started while my moving help guys were waiting. That cost me an extra $118.00. The owner of this pickup location was completely worthless! I have rented several Uhaul trucks and carriers over the last few years. This is the worst service I have ever received. I will consider renting from another company next time. Also, when I made the reservation online, I chose a pickup location from your list that was close to home. When I called to confirm my reservation, I was told that location does not rent equipment anymore. You need to update your list. The pickup location I ended up with was much farther from home and was a terrible experience.Frederick Y.
When I searched locations, your major Uhaul location on US 92 did not come up and should have. I returned to the location that did come up - a convenience store where I was treated like a second class citizen. The only employee kept making me wait to help other customers, was rude and provided no information. Do not use this location. SOOOO disappointed that I was not offered the 'normal' Uhaul station down the road.Amie R.

Booking on your web site was clunky and then the assigned pick up location was closed on the rental day. The pickup was reassigned but never communicated to me. Also at this pickup location, the clerk was entering my data twice because your web site was slow and then went down after all the information was entered. It took me 30 minutes to do checkinMAXIM P.

well, this entire order did not go well and perhaps it was because of the equipment size?? or because it was a one way rental. We requested a 15' truck, ended up with a 20' but were to pick up on Sat am at 7:00am. We got an email the evening before that we could not pick up until 10:00am. This was highly inconvenient as we had people lined up to help us at 8:00am on Saturday. We are having to schedule another move for this week and concerned that the equipment that we've ordered is not going to be the same and/or ready at the requested time. I believe the word guarantee is in the reservation?MITCH L.
It seems weird that this is a pickup location when there is a large U-Haul site right down the road. If I was directed to that site instead I would have purchased lifting straps and ratchet tie downs from it instead of going to home depot.MICHAEL M.

The attendant never left the desk and I was required to chock the trailer ( with a rock that was there) and disconnect the trailer from my vehicle. Very unfriendly. I will never use this location again. I can only imagine the irritation if i were to try to rent from them.Larry D.

This was terrible. I was called at 9:30 because there was a problem with my reservation. It was changed to this location. When I arrived they told me they didn't have my truck or my pads. I had to call uhaul to override then drive to a uhaul dealer to get additional supplies that I should have had with my reservation. I received no apology or empathy and had to scramble to get everything together for my move. Not to mention the truck was filthy and then I was responsible for it at drop off. Poor customer service I may not consider using uhaul again.Roger B.

The person there would not refund my $5 for the moving pad rental because he said one of the pads was not a U-Haul pad. I only returned what I had received in Savannah and did not have any of my own, so they had to come from the location in Savannah. Guess I just had to lose the $5.YAVONNE R.

Store owner/agent was extremely rude and uncooperative. When I returned the truck, he would not process the return immediately and give me a receipt. He also insisted that I personnally go out to the truck and bring the 12 moving pads I had rented from the back of the truck into the store. He then miscounted them saying I had only returned 10 pads and complained that I had not folded them well enough. Upon recount he agreed I had returned them all, but he refused to give me a receipt stating that all had ben returned. I will never rent from that location again.Richard B.
