Very convenient location for drop off and plenty of room to park.
JANIS BThe man who waited on us was polite but kept asking us to move while we were in the process of getting the truck to wait on his convenient store customers. He told us it would take about 10 minutes to get the truck ready, he went outside and knocked on the truck, inside the back of the truck was a man with a extension cord, running into the truck and bedding. The guys at the Lafayette location were very sweet and very helpful

CODY PWhen I first returned the truck. It was a problem because someone From the nightshift misplaced the key. The morning shift person responsible for checking the truck back in didn't realize it Was Return. U haul wanted to charge me for another day. But when I went to the location, everything was fine. And he was very apologetic. I have rented trucks from them several times and never had a problem. I would recommend this location to my friends because they are Really nice people and very helpful.. A great location. .
