I originally had a different pick up location booked and was called two day before and informed they didn’t have the size truck I reserved and had to go to this location for pick up instead. While this location was further away they did have the correct size truck but didn’t have the dolly I also reserved. It was a gas station with only one gentleman working and the wait was longer then i wanted in an area I didn’t feel comfortable in.

I used this location twice over the weekend. The first day the dolly I ordered was not available and even after I mentioned it, I was told that they could not refund the money. I figured it was only $10 and rented again on Sunday. I dropped the key off when we were done Sunday afternoon and on Tuesday I received bill that charged me for Monday and Tuesday. I just called and I was told I was supposed to check out online, which I was not told when I went it. They checked me out on Saturday.
Paul BI was initially sheduled to pick up a truck at a different location which focused on Uhaul rentals and storage. 2 days prior to pick up I was informed that the location changed to the BP on Madison. This location was about 5 -7 minutes further than the initial location i wanted. This new location is primarily a gas station and although the employee that rented us our truck was nice and helpful, it was clearly apparent that he was not sure what he was doing. We decined the safety charge of $44 but he initially added it on anyway. He had to call someone else to get the money credited off out account. Was not provided any information on the Uhaul except - "here's the key..Truck is over there... and click on the link and do what it says"
