There was no actually person available to help us. I ordered extra equipment to help us move and that was not available due to no actual people working. Uhaul called the owner, a coffee shop lady called the owner, our appointment time was changed, and still no person showed up. We ended up just doing the pick up on our own online which was smooth, but could not get the extra equipment ordered. Another customer even arrived and said they were told to do it all online but they needed help. Very frustrating to have inaccurate hours of operation advertised, and then to not even show up during the actual hours of operation. There were several vehicles available at this location, but seems that customers couldn’t get to them because there was no one there to help.

On the link sent to take pictures of the four sides of the vehicle, I was unable to change the fuel level from 3\4 to 11\16, take a picture of the fuel gauge to prove level of fuel and finish. So subsequently was charged an additional $12 and some change. Would like that reimbursed.

The guys was super nice and helpful and on site within a minute of letting him know we were there. This place is great id definitely rent from him again in the future.

I am indifferent to this location. There is/was no office. Just a lockbox with a phone #. The person on the phone was real nice and easy to talk to but just had me drop the trailer and leave it with nothing to sign.
