My original reservation was for this location. It was changed 2x. I was able to change my reservation while there daybif pick up. The people who run it are very nice.

Bruce HNails in bed of truck ,truck was dirty somehow reservation was messed up ,after looking it was only for one day was supposed to be 2 round trip ,also was told on U-Haul .com I was supposed to receive 590 free miles because of round trip but don't see that anywhere now ,so I'm probably going to be way overcharged now
CHARLES PThe pick up process was easy, and there was a place there was well lit so we could do the inspection of the truck in the dark. Drop-off was also just as easy. The process was wonderful over all.

My only complaint was that while I was up in that area I went onto Google maps and searched local Uhaul offices and of the 6 this I found 3 of them had disconnected phone numbers, no one answered or I got a record that voicemails were full or not activated. Area was Guntersville and Albertville Alabama.
