This is a side business for ballast gym, the young girl was not familiar with all aspects of rental, she asked me for a drop off location so I went online and found an address near my new address, that was chamged without my knowledge by someone else so when I dropped off the truck at the wrong address I was charged a wrong location fee. I would like that returned to me. Also my original rental in Eugene Or. was given to someone else by mistake and I had to drive 100 miles to get the truck from South Beach Or. at Ballast Gym with no recompense for time or expenses. So I am not a happy person.

Sean DI was charged and didn’t receive any pads, dollies and furniture trolleys. They said oh, we don’t have any of those things. I also reserved a 10 foot truck and then got upswitched to a 15 foot truck.

Hector Gthis location is in a gym which is not attended on Sat or Sun. the key drop was not locked and the drop off area is not secure, I had to return on Monday to return the key. the other two Uhaul locations were open for business on Sat but would not accept the return of the truck
