I was charged and didn’t receive any pads, dollies and furniture trolleys. They said oh, we don’t have any of those things. I also reserved a 10 foot truck and then got upswitched to a 15 foot truck.

Hector Gthis location is in a gym which is not attended on Sat or Sun. the key drop was not locked and the drop off area is not secure, I had to return on Monday to return the key. the other two Uhaul locations were open for business on Sat but would not accept the return of the truck
