Extremely dirty truck , was like the last customer used it for a load of sand, I expect not to be charged for cleaning as it was super dirty. I still appreciate it as I know the staff fixed me up and was extremely friendly , just letting you know about the mess so that I’m not charged for that , not a complaint

BOB MThe van I rented wasn't ready. It was snowed in and would not move , I had to get another van. I was late for my appointment (the reason I had to rent the van) There were empty washer fluid containers on the floor, and the left rear signal light wasn't working. It was just poor service all around. I have rented u-haul from a different location before and was much more satisfied. This time it was terrible. Very dissapointed
Frank FMy overall experience was a disaster from beginning to end. I had to drive 2 hours will really like 3 hrs out of the way. Because of your management who was down right rude and ignorant who promised I get refund but then got to Grandfalls he could not be reached and I have tried to get in contact with no avail. I was promised a refund which I finally got today 2 wks later but was not refunded fuel. No communication what so ever from Christopher Collins who was rude and used foul language very unprofessional.
doreen wI did everything online, but it would not let me upload the driver's license. When we got there to pick up the truck the guy had to put in all the information again. this delayed our trip by one hour. There was not a working seat belt on the passenger side. I also requested a trolly, and it was not on the truck it cost us a lot of fuel and the cost of the truck itself should have been half price. Was not pleased at all.
