The only issue I had was when I tried to do the pickup as it was a Saturday and the app wouldn’t let me upload pictures. I however called the help live and the lady I was talking to was able to send me a link wher I was able to upload the pictures and complete the pickup with ease.

We lost a tire around our half way mark. The roadside assistance team were great. The trailer was ready to go in time on Sunday morning after mush difficulty finding someone to repair the tire. Although we would prefer not to have a flat tire I think the support and repair went as well as it could have.
