I reserved a trailer to be picked up in Gander NL several weeks before the day. The day before I’m informed they don’t have the trailer and I’ll have to go to Grandfalls to get it. Extra 2 hours of driving for me with zero compensation. I arrive at the location for pick up at the requested time 12pm and they are closed. Had to call another location to get them to start my reservation so I didn’t just drive off with a trailer. Very frustrating

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHave a 50 point inspection between rentals for safety. Headlight aiming should be corrected. The trucks lights were adjusted based on an empty truck not a full load. It was very difficult to see the highway after dark based on current adjustments.
