The truck and keys were dropped off less than 12 hours after rented. The keys were handed directly to the owner and he said he was checking the truck in. It took numerous calls to customer service and a week for them to mark the truck returned. Horrible experience with the return location. Highly recommend not utilizing this location ever for pick up or drop off.
