There was very little parking available to drop off the vehicle. They charged us a cleaning fee for the truck when it was in exactly the same shape as when we picked it up. We will be calling to reverse that fee. We also drove by 2 other uhaul dealers to drop off the vehicle which caused us to go over our mileage limit. Frustrated.

checked out trailer around noon on saturday because they close at 4 to use on sunday...brought it back on monday at 8 am and was charged for 3 full days and was told it wouldnt charge my card until monday it charged my card 3 minutes after picking up trailer....i just dont think uhaul should charge for 3 full days of usage when i only used it sunday...I was told there would be a credit on my credit card....havent seen one yet. i dont blame the people at the location when it looks like they plug it in and everything else bills out automatically......the people were absolutely great

It took 49 minutes for me to rent. Te dealer did not k ow how to navigate uhaul software. The truck was dirty inside and out.
