Everything was great Just had trouble with the A/C getting cold and had to turn the ignition switch off and on about 3-4 times for it to start other than that absolutely perfect
Athena TImprove the app speed. Took forever for the app to upload the photos, which caused the whole pick-up time drag out pretty long. Also, not necessarily the location's fault, but they called me the day ahead saying the truck was good to go but I would have to go to the big store location in Alexandria to get that many moving blankets and the furniture dollies. Cool...a little bit of an inconvenience, but no worries. Get the truck picked up and go to the Alexandria store only to be told that they were out of the rental furniture dollies and that I would have to buy two if I needed them. So, I purchased two. Then, the lady was kind enough to bring up the 60 moving blankets, saying that was more than she normally sees. I told her, "well, the website or app just had that number already filled in, so I just went with it." She told me most folks go with 12, and we agreed to knock mine down from 60 to 12. But, because she wasn't the pick-up or drop-off location in the contract, she wasn't able to adjust the quantities. So, when the drop-off location went to check my truck in, they only saw 12 moving blankets when they were looking for 60. And they didnt see any furniture dollies. The guy that called me was super friendly and helped me work through it, but it definitely caused added aggravation and work for the two of us. As a bonus, the UHaul website had me pick up the truck in Pineville, 10-15 minutes past the big Alexandria store locati9j...saying that the big store didnt have the 26ft truck I was needing. When I got there for the dollies and blankets, there were several 26ft trucks there. When I mentioned it and asked if those were available, the lady said they were. So, I could have rented everything from that one location instead of driving to 2 different locations had the website information been accurate.

Bobby GI was relieved the location was close by and the gentleman asked me if I had any issues, told him about the passenger side front tire and he said he would get on that and have it checked. Just energetic and helpful. Great experience overall.

SANDRA HThe website was stupid, made me put in all this info and it made me 20 mins late to pick it up, then I tried to pay for it and it made me pay before I even got the truck, and yall did not tell me where to go, I checked every store in the complex and the last one was the place with the U-Haul. Then when I dropped it off it tried to make me pay $40, like come on
