Gale sJust clean up the registration area and make it welcoming. Looked like the place was closed, no room on the counter to even sign paperwork because it was covered in junk and trash from the auto repair shop. Gentlemen was extremely attentive and explained everything well. Overall it was a good experience.

denise cMy overall experience was good, the trailer wasn’t cleaned out, but good. The worst part was trying to return the trailer. It was after hours, (I had the trailer for 7 hours on a 24 hour rental. The return was going to be Sunday, which would’ve still been after hours because they are closed on Sunday.) I wasn’t able to be located with the geotracking. I use geotracking with work, so I know how to use it, and everything was good on my end. I was going to be charged because of after hours, and not being able to prove where I was. (Not good), luckily I talked to a representative on the phone, and she assisted me and saved the day.

Randall CWhen we arrived at our first rental location on Beecher St. we were told they didn’t have a truck for us. My son was moving out of state and because of work needed to leave that day. Luckily, the location on Maumee St. had one left. For improvement I would recommend having the truck that is reserved available instead of having the customer travel to the other side of the city in hopes that location has a truck. The personal at Maumee St was wonderful.
