we had a hard time getting trailer lights to work....I didn't have time for them to troubleshoot it....Eventually before I left from my house they came on....It wasn't my truck( I doubled checked it with another trailer) trailers of this weight should have a jack on them......just sayin'keith O.

Was the closest and better of the locations I had to choose from. Not sure how I was suppose to clean a 15' truck in freezing weather so that was kind of crazy to be charged a cleaning fee but oh well. Rather pay that then figure out how to do that myself.Turner F.

I was extremely disappointed. This uhaul was absolutely filthy. I joked to family and friends that if I get Covid it will probably be from this nasty Uhaul. The steering wheel was coated in dirt and grime as were the entire dash, cup holders, cab, etc . There were empty drink bottles and coat hangers in the truck and it smelled gross. It also rattled a great deal. I had to return to the dealer to get the moving pads that I ordered as they failed to put them in the vehicle. The whole thing was a disappointment. I've rented many UHaul's over the years and this was undoubtedly the worst.Shanon B.

If a reservation is changed please notify the customer of the updated reservation details. My reservation was changed and I was never notified until I went to pearl U-Haul to pick up my equipment. There was nobody there to return the vehicle. I called Uhaul, they were not very helpful and told me I needed to take a picture and upload it to an app which I was unable to do. I called uhaul again for help once I got home and they told me I needed to be on the property which I was not told originally. I have still not been able to officially return the rental even though I dropped it off yesterdayrichard H.

Agent was not familiar with mobile check-in process. I paid for a dolly which was not acknowledged. After I got home to move, I recognized the dolly had not been included. I had to return to the facility to retrieve the dolly and incurred additional mileage fees. I returned the truck 30 minutes after turn-in time. Another rental charge was incurred without regard to my need to return to retrieve the dolly. Additionally, my card was charged $15 more than the balance reflected on the invoice. I will not be using U-Haul or this location ever again.Curinetha H.
I was suppose to pick up the truck at 3. It was not available till 5. They truck was filthy when I took position. Jade been smoked in (Heavily) and grease on seats, door, and steering wheel. I cleaned the entire cab with wipes and threw away the trash inside. I do not blame this location. The prior customer did not return the truck when promised.Thomas H.
