I did a contactless drop off. It was kind of hard to figure out that it needed to be contactless because the business was at a different building. I would have preferred to drop it off in Longmont instead of Boulder, but I was told I had to bring it there then.
Margaret TI've always known Barnsley as a tire shop and it was a great experience returning the rental truck there. It was super convenient and the gentleman helping me was very very nice and made it super easy. I would highly recommend this return location to anyone who has a U-Haul.

DAVID PIf you’re going to change the location of my pickup please inform the customer ahead of time so they don’t get dropped off at where they were expected to be to then be told ‘oh we didn’t have your size truck so you have to go to another location which has it ready for you’.
Sarah REasy Drop-off. Drop off location was a bit confusing. Lot is next door to office.Go around tire shops and you will see signs. Personnel were very helpful!

ALESHA POverall, it was an excellent experience. The truck was ready on time, the staff person handling the rental was friendly and helpful, and things went very smoothly. The only off note was being charged for 2 gallons of fuel for an 8 mile trip. It's probably hard to track that small a quantity, but I'm sure the trucks get better than 4mpg. Still, all in all, a five star experience.
