If you’re going to change the location of my pickup please inform the customer ahead of time so they don’t get dropped off at where they were expected to be to then be told ‘oh we didn’t have your size truck so you have to go to another location which has it ready for you’.

Easy Drop-off. Drop off location was a bit confusing. Lot is next door to office.Go around tire shops and you will see signs. Personnel were very helpful!

ALESHA POverall, it was an excellent experience. The truck was ready on time, the staff person handling the rental was friendly and helpful, and things went very smoothly. The only off note was being charged for 2 gallons of fuel for an 8 mile trip. It's probably hard to track that small a quantity, but I'm sure the trucks get better than 4mpg. Still, all in all, a five star experience.
