the lock is not the easiest to work with the cargo door down. not a lot of wiggle room in there. other than that, truck was fine

Pick up took forever and truck made weird noises/previous renter’s supplies were left in truck.

It was a Chevron gas station and no one there knew how to handle the rental. Very upset by this experience.

We couldn’t even use the uhaul because the back had a lock on it and I wasn’t given the code to the lock. I called all the people the recommend and no one could help me or give me the code. Overall terrible experience.
